I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and have completed specialized certificate courses in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Hypnotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For the past five years, while serving in HR roles—currently as a Head of HR—I have maintained a dedicated focus on counselling practice through various internships, contract projects, distance counseling, and freelance work. I am a very empathetic, patient, and optimistic person, and I am eager to apply my diverse background in both mental health and organizational leadership to a role within mantra care team. I believe Mantra Care would provide an excellent environment for me to further explore my passion for counseling while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
