Namita Manhas

I am a postgraduate student pursuing MA in clinical and counselling psychology with a strong interest in mental health, emotional well-being, and therapeutic practices. I have gained practical exposure through an internship under a clinical psychologist, where I observed client sessions and learned relaxation techniques. Additionally, my field visits to special schools and NGOs have enhanced my understanding of various psychological disorders and diverse client populations. I possess good communication and counselling skills along with a keen interest in graphology. I am eager to further develop my clinical skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute meaningfully in a professional mental health setting.
