Astha Patel

My name is Astha Patel, and I am a 20-year-old junior at Saint Leo University, where I am pursuing a degree in Counseling and Clinical Counseling. I am highly motivated to obtain this internship opportunity in order to further develop my understanding of the counseling field and gain practical, hands-on experience. Through this internship, I hope to expand my knowledge of real-world clinical practices and deepen my awareness of how theoretical concepts are applied in professional settings. I am particularly eager to observe and learn from experienced professionals, and I would greatly value the opportunity to shadow a counselor to gain insight into client interactions, ethical considerations, and effective therapeutic techniques.
