As a psychology intern, I specialized in anxiety, workplace-related concerns, and personal life stressors. I was responsible for actively listening to clients’ concerns and maintaining detailed clinical notes to support accurate documentation and continuity of care. I also assisted with the development of treatment plans under supervision. Additionally, I contributed to a supportive therapeutic environment by ensuring clients felt heard, validated, and guided toward appropriate coping strategies and resources.
