As A registered behavioral technician I work with kids on the autism spectrum. Responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsible for collecting and recording accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition. Responsible for using ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsible for maintaining ethical standards and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
