Ann Ross Lactao Fernandez

As a psychology intern, I have developed expertise in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which I’ve applied in crisis line services and during one-session interventions for mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS). My experience also includes working with clients with autism in the capacity of a behavior technician. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology. In addition to my academic work, I facilitate community-based mental health programs that integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This combination of experience allows me to effectively support individuals in their mental health journeys.
