About

I believe that therapy works best when it’s a partnership built on genuine curiosity and mutual respect. While I’ve spent over a decade working in intense clinical and humanitarian settings—from busy hospitals to emergency response zones—I’ve found that the most important thing I can bring to our sessions is a quiet, steady presence and a focus on what makes you, you. My background in behavioral science and dual Master’s degrees gives me the technical tools to help you understand the 'how' behind your habits, but my heart is in the 'why.' I use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help people navigate life’s more difficult chapters. Whether you are dealing with a specific diagnosis or just feeling stuck in a cycle of stress or anxiety, we will work together to find small, manageable steps that lead toward a more meaningful life. Therapy with me isn't about being 'fixed.' It’s about building a toolkit that helps you handle the hard stuff while keeping your eyes on the things that bring you joy and purpose. I’m here to listen, to challenge you when it’s helpful, and to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
