I am a psychological practitioner with a BPS-accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, currently undertaking postgraduate training as a Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI-CBT) therapist, due for completion in July 2026. My practice is grounded in evidence-based psychological interventions, including behavioural activation, cognitive restructuring, and structured problem-solving, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, panic, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and stress-related difficulties. I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care, working collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences and develop practical strategies for change. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment, using empathy, active listening, and formulation-driven approaches to support engagement, autonomy, and recovery. Alongside my clinical work, I have developed experience in psychological assessment, formulation, and structured risk assessment across clinical, community, and custodial settings. I hold training in several Structured Professional Judgement tools, including the HCR-20, Spousal Assault Risk Assessment Guide (SARA), Risk for Sexual Violence Protocol (RSVP), and the Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY). My MSc dissertation research is currently being prepared for publication, reflecting my commitment to research-informed practice and continual professional development.
