Niharika Dixit

I am a postgraduate student in Clinical Psychology with internship experience at Max Hospital, Gurugram, Civil Hospital, Panipat, and Bougainville Health Care, Panipat. I have training in basic psychological assessment and counseling skills and have completed a workshop on the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). My skills include active listening, empathy, rapport building, and guiding simple relaxation techniques to help individuals manage stress and emotional difficulties. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where individuals can openly share their thoughts and challenges.
