Nadia Amantea

I am a master's degree student in Clinical Psychology (LM-51) with professional internship experience in clinical and social-health contexts, including a family counselling centre and a centre specialising in eating disorders. During these experiences, I had the opportunity to develop skills in psychodiagnostic assessment, clinical observation and psychological support, participating in the administration and scoring of standardised instruments such as MMPI-2, BDI, BAI, EDI-3 and PDI-5. I also assisted professionals in conducting individual clinical interviews, therapeutic groups and psychoeducational interventions, closely observing the processes of assessment and construction of therapeutic projects. My training integrates evidence-based approaches, mindfulness practices and active listening techniques, which I consider fundamental tools for promoting the development of emotional awareness, reflective skills and processes of change in people.
