Kimberly Illeah Marie Francisco

A Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and Career Service Professional Eligible (CSPE), I am part of the pioneering batch of the Straight AB-MA (SABMA) Psychology program and currently a graduate-level Clinical Psychology major at Angeles University Foundation. My certifications as a Certified Mental Health Trainer (CMHT), Certified People Skills Trainer (CPST), and Certified Motivation and Productivity Trainer (CMPT) equip me to design and deliver evidence-based programs in mental health, leadership, and behavioral development. As former President of our university’s Peer Support Group (2024–2025), I led initiatives promoting psychological safety and accessible mental health education. With research experience in psychological assessment, qualitative data collection, and intervention design, I am committed to advancing culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health practice, bridging academic rigor with meaningful community impact.
