Ashiqa Jose

Hello! I'm Ashiqa, a trainee therapist dedicated to helping clients aged 18-40 find comfort in their own space, no matter where they are in life. I derive my guidance from cognitive and humanistic approaches to tailor my sessions according to the needs of each of my clients. My goal is to create a collaborative, non-judgemental, and warm space for clients to discover themselves, learn, grow, and heal at their own pace. I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology, utilising CBT therapy and ACT therapy to support individuals in need. Outside my professional life, I enjoy reading lots of fiction, writing, exploring different genres of music, and finding a new movie to unwind with. I am also a big fan of art and history.
