Alessandra Jade Jurado

I am a graduating Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology student at Angeles University Foundation (Straight AB Psychology – MA in Clinical Psychology, Expected 2026), with graduate-level training focused on psychological assessment, diagnostic formulation, and evidence-based intervention. My academic preparation emphasizes psychometrics, cognitive and personality assessment, trauma-informed care, and integrated report writing within the Philippine clinical context. I have attended trainings in Trauma-Informed Care and Projective Techniques, Traumatology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Basic Skills 1), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychological First Aid, strengthening my competencies in structured clinical interviewing, test interpretation, crisis response, and case conceptualization. As a Certified Mental Health Trainer (CMHT), I am equipped to deliver psychoeducational programs grounded in clinical principles, while my research-focused trainings in data treatment and academic writing further support my ability to analyze assessment results accurately and produce comprehensive, evidence-based psychological reports. I am currently working as an ABA Interventionist, where I implement individualized behavior programs tailored to each child’s needs. I conduct structured sessions targeting communication, attention, play, and cognitive skills, consistently collect behavioral data, and apply behavior support strategies to manage challenging behaviors. I also collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress. Previously, I completed my graduate-level psychology internship, where I conducted intake interviews, administered and interpreted psychological assessments, and authored comprehensive psychological reports under licensed supervision. I facilitated online consultation sessions providing psychoeducation and emotional support, and actively participated in case conferences and program development initiatives. This experience strengthened my clinical assessment, case conceptualization, and documentation skills, which I now integrate into my ABA practice.
