As a Therapy Intern currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Psychological Therapies and Interventions at Middlesex University, I have developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My academic training is complemented by certification in Counselling and in-depth study of Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also possess working knowledge of EMDR, NLP, Transactional Analysis, and Discourse Therapy, which has broadened my understanding of diverse therapeutic frameworks and client needs. Beyond theoretical knowledge, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals in their psychological growth and emotional well-being. I am eager to translate my academic learning into meaningful clinical practice, where I can refine my skills under professional guidance and contribute responsibly to client care. I am committed to continuous learning, ethical practice, and personal development in order to grow into a competent and compassionate guidance counsellor.
