I am a Psychology professional with an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology and over 15 years of experience in the field of education. I specialise in working with students, adolescents, and young adults, supporting them through academic stress, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, life transitions, and personal growth.
