I am a newly licensed Psychologist in the Philippines with experience in psychological assessment, competency-based interviewing, and counseling across corporate and academic settings. As an HR Practitioner, I administer and interpret assessments, conduct structured interviews, and provide counseling interventions that support employee retention. My background in guidance counseling and training as a compassion fatigue trauma practitioner have further strengthened my ability to support individuals using evidence-based and empathetic approaches. I am now seeking to advance my clinical competencies and confidently apply my skills in assessment, case conceptualization, and intervention through your internship program.
