I’m a psychology intern with a genuine passion for supporting individuals through emotional and mental health challenges. I provide a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where people can freely express themselves, whether through chat or video sessions. I believe that sometimes, what people need most is to be truly heard, understood, and supported with empathy and patience. I approach each conversation with kindness, active listening, and respect for individual experiences. My goal is to help individuals feel seen, emotionally supported, and gently guided toward healthier coping and self-understanding. I’m deeply committed to learning, growing, and offering meaningful psychological support in ways that feel human, comforting, and empowering.
