Saisha Nadkarni

I am a postgraduate student pursuing an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, with a strong interest in understanding human behavior and applying psychological principles in real-world settings. I bring a calm, empathetic, and observant approach to my work, supported by hands-on experience in communication, documentation, and working with diverse individuals. Through my academic training and practical exposure, I have developed skills in active listening, ethical awareness, confidentiality, and clear written communication. I am eager to learn, open to supervision and feedback, and motivated to gain practical experience that strengthens my clinical, research, and applied psychology skills.
