As a therapy intern in psychology with specialization in anger, anxiety, family issues, stress management and workplace environment issues offer an evidence based technique with a certification in solution focused brief therapy and knowledge of positive psychology and strength based techniques. I have recently started to work with porn consumption and addiction including masturbation. I provide compassion and collaborative support to the client's needs with a space to the client that helps themselves openly and freely share their experiences fostering personal growth and healing in a non judgemental space.
