A psychology intern providing supportive, ethical, and client-centered assistance to individuals experiencing emotional and mental health concerns through chat and video-based sessions. Guided by psychological theory, supervised practice, and mental health ethics, I offer a safe and respectful space for emotional expression, reflection, and coping support. My work focuses on active listening, emotional validation, basic psychoeducation, and supportive guidance, while remaining within the appropriate scope of an intern role. I am committed to maintaining confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and professional boundaries, and I collaborate closely with supervisors when concerns require escalation or referral. Through a calm, empathetic, and structured approach, I aim to support individuals in strengthening emotional awareness, coping skills, and psychological well-being in accessible and digitally supported settings.
