Currently in my Psychology degree, I combine academic learning with real-life sensitivity, understanding that emotional support starts with presence rather than answers. I am comfortable following protocols, working under supervision, and knowing when to escalate a situation to more experienced professionals. People tend to feel safe talking to me because I listen without judgment, urgency, or the need to fix.
