I am a Counseling Psychology final year, final semester student and intern , with hands-on experience in client support, assessment, and psychoeducation within client-focused and community mental health spaces. Strong at creating safe, stigma-free environments where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Skilled in early intervention approaches, crisis support, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. I bring a calm, grounded presence, strong reflective skills, and a natural ability to build trust with clients navigating complex emotional, family, and behavioural challenges.  Passionate about improving mental health literacy, driving community outreach, and supporting holistic wellbeing among young adults.
