I am a postgraduate student in Clinical Psycho-Oncology at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, currently working as a Therapy Intern. My focus lies in understanding the intersection of emotional resilience, behavioral health, and structured well-being practices. Through my internship, I have gained experience in counseling support, client interaction, psychological assessments, and therapeutic documentation, while learning evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Person-Centered Therapy. I’m passionate about promoting mental health awareness, building empathic communication, and integrating research insights into clinical practice to enhance emotional and psychological healing for diverse individuals.
