As a Therapy Intern, I’m deeply passionate about helping people navigate life’s emotional challenges and find healing through genuine connection and evidence-based care. Under the guidance of licensed clinicians, I support clients through assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions grounded in approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation. I have a special interest in child and adolescent mental health, where I strive to create safe spaces that nurture self-awareness, resilience, and emotional growth. Every client interaction is a chance to listen, learn, and contribute to their journey toward well-being.
