My background includes psychological assessment, counselling, and facilitating group sessions focused on emotional expression and personal growth. Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Psychiatry, I integrate clinical knowledge with empathy and collaboration to foster a safe, supportive space for clients.
