I am Counseling Psychologist and have held counseling sessions and therapy for about 2 years, ranging from school Counselling with adolescents and Individual counseling with Adults. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and I carry out therapy using art therapy, CBT, Christian Counseling, ACT, and mindfulness based. I believe in empathy, love, active listening and non judgemental process in attending to clients while supporting them through therapy. I also carry out both online and in person sessions.
